Who We Are
About Lynn Pynk Company
My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.
That said, in our experience as a Covington real estate professional, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Covington, Conyers, Social Circle, Mansfield, Oxford, Newborn, McDonough, Locust Grove, Jackson, Monticello areas, please contact us .

My name is Lynn Pynckels and I’m a Realtor in Covington, GA. I have lived in Covington since 1990. I’m a Georgia native, too. I am happily married to my best friend, Keith Pynckels and we have two amazing kids. I have been a Realtor since 2000. I also have my broker’s license and I’m a GRI graduate.
I LOVE what I do for a career. I’m also pretty good at what I do, if I say so myself. You see my God given talent is the ability to make people smile. I have also been blessed with the ability to talk to just about anyone. Everyone can use the help of others. Whether that be opening a door, giving advice, helping out those less fortunate, whatever the case may be, helping others feels....right.
One way that I have found to make a difference in this world is to help others by using my expertise and knowledge about real estate. Can you imagine how good it feels to help someone find that perfect home to raise their family in? Here’s another example. Imagine you have a parent who has dementia and has to go to a memory care facility. Who do you call and what do you do? You might have a older home that is outdated, maybe needs repairs, full of furniture and needs to be sold to help pay for care. I provide help with all of that. I help by providing reputable companies to work with, to provide the services that they need. Once the home is ready to go on the market, I then help them by handling the marketing, selling and closing of the home. These are the type of activities that I do everyday and I love it.
Someone once told me if you want a job that is fulfilling and doesn’t feel like work then, “Do what you love.” Well, I love helping others and I love real estate. So, here I am doing just that.
I have two mottos that I live by:
Life is short, so laugh alot.
Quitting is not an option.
I hope that I get a chance to put a smile on your face because of my persistence to never give up and my love of helping others.
Very Sincerly,
Ms. Pynk

My name is Stepfanie Gray. I am a realtor® with The American Realty. I joined LynnPynk & Co. because I believe in Lynn's work ethic and the care she provides to each client. I have a background in marketing and love working with the public!
I am a Florida native that got to spend my summers in Georgia as a child with my grandparents and aunts that lived here in this beautiful state. As an adult I have been blessed with the opportunity to live in several different states and have really developed a knack for relocation due to my own personal experiences. Often times people that are relocating to a new area are not aware of many different vendors that are available to help them transition to a new city. Also, each city and county and state function differently when setting up utilities and/or paying taxes. I treat each of my relocation clients to a concierge experience and ensure that this type of information can be located easily and swiftly.
My husband and I have been married since December of 2003 and we have two wonderful, bright children. We enjoy participating in outdoor activities and during the warmer months can be found either on the water or enjoying a motorcycle ride through the back roads.
My passions lie in community outreach and volunteerism. I am a member of the GFWC Covington Women's club, the Christian Fellowship of Agents and volunteer as needed with various projects in our local community.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. I would love to get to know you better. Please reach out and let's have a chat over a cup of coffee or tea.

My name is Dewayna Pullum (yes, my dad’s name was Wayne). I’m a
REALTOR® with The American Realty. I joined LynnPynk & Co. because I love
working with someone that loves what they do.
I was born and raised in Georgia and moved to the Covington area in 1990,
raised my babies in Monticello (Go Canes!). After a decade away, I have come
back home. I am a single mom of two grown children that are truly the best things
that ever happened to me. My son is in the Air Force, married to the love of his
life and is currently stationed in Alaska. My daughter is a Dental Assistant and
lives close by. I have a grand cat and two grand dogs.
Getting my Real Estate License was always a dream of mine as I’ve always been
interested in architecture, design and decorating. I love meeting new people and
helping them find the home of their dreams. It can be quite a scary process
without a dedicated professional by your side. I love working with buyers and
seeing their faces light up when we’ve found “the one”.
I am a member of the GFWC Covington Women’s Club, the Christian Fellowship
of Agents and the Historic Newborn Schoolhouse Gang as well as the Newton
Trails organization. I enjoy hiking, biking, yoga and reading. My motto is Love
This Life, Celebrate Your Path! And If you ain’t laughin’, you ain’t livin’ =0)
The best journey takes you home! Lets start your journey….
